Returns & Refunds – Aayam
At Aayam, each product is carefully crafted using 3D printing and, in many cases, made to order. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
To request a return, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., name keyrings, dual name decor)
- Products ordered with specific custom requests
- Items used or damaged after delivery
💸 Refunds
- If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
🔄 Replacements
We offer free replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect

- For approved returns, we will guide you through the process
- In case of damaged/wrong product, return shipping will be covered by us
